DRJ offer a range of full sheet metal services including, shearing a blank, fabrication and assembly, using both CNC and conventional methods, depending on your specific requirements. Previously we have worked with several different types of metal, including: aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and copper cladding.
Our advanced CNC sheet metal equipment allows the production of high-quality products, in a short amount of time. Our advanced CAD-CAM software allows our engineers to confidently produce products with even the most complex and intricate designs.
DRJ understand the importance of short lead times, we therefore hold our own stock of sheet metal and ancillary components on site at our UK based factory. Additionally, we have great relationships with a number of suppliers, allowing us to quickly source whatever materials or components you require. We are also happy to accept free issued material.
We have a vast array of tools based in our UK factory, allowing us to easily find a solution for your requirements. DRJ have standardised our processes using Wilson Tool punches and dies for our punch press and Amada blades and dies for press brakes in order to maximise compatibility.
